Worth knowing in Benin

  • The Port of Cotonou serves Benin and its inland neighbours: trading and logistics firms need reliable links and protection against fraud by email.
  • Business email set up properly, with SPF, DKIM and DMARC, makes it much harder for criminals to send invoices in your name.
  • Websites on .bj domains use the same SSL certificates and validation as any other domain.

Getting started

How to start

  1. Tell us what you need, by WhatsApp, email or the contact form.
  2. We reply with questions, a proposal and a quotation in cedis.
  3. For SSL, open an account in the client portal and order online straight away.

Prices, VAT and your own country's rules

Prices and invoices are in Ghana cedis. Because we are a Ghanaian business, our invoices include Ghana VAT (15%), NHIL (2.5%) and the GETFund levy (2.5%) for every customer, wherever they are. Your own country's rules on services bought from abroad may also apply, and they change, so please check with your accountant or tax adviser.

Language: Our team works mainly in English. If you need French or another language, tell us when you get in touch and we'll agree how to handle it, case by case.

Can you support us without coming to Benin?

Yes. SSL, Microsoft 365, the hospital management system, the helpdesk and firewall monitoring all work remotely once they are set up.

How do we pay from Benin?

Prices and invoices are in Ghana cedis; your bank or card converts from CFA francs (XOF). Pay online in the client portal, or contact us to agree another way.

Do you charge VAT to customers outside Ghana?

Yes. Our invoices include Ghana VAT, NHIL and GETFund for every customer. Your own country may also apply its own tax rules to services bought from abroad; check with your adviser.
