Hospital IT for West Africa, from a team that has built it

We have installed servers, workstations, nurse call, Wi-Fi and PA systems in district hospitals in Ghana. Hospitals and clinics elsewhere in West Africa can work with us on the parts that can be delivered from a distance, and on site by arrangement.

What we can do from a distance

  • Hospital management system: registration, outpatients, laboratory, pharmacy, wards and billing, hosted or on a server in your hospital, used in a web browser. See the system.
  • Network design: backbone, cabling, telecom rooms, power and Wi-Fi planned from your drawings, ready for your local contractor to tender and build.
  • Nurse call, PA and low-current planning: what each ward needs, where it goes and how it connects.
  • Remote support: configuration, monitoring and help for systems we set up.

What to check before you start

Every country has its own rules for health data, insurance claims and equipment imports, and they change. Before we propose a system, we'll ask about the rules that apply to your hospital, your health insurance schemes and the languages your staff need on screen, and we'll tell you plainly what we can and cannot deliver. Ask us which languages the system's screens are available in.

Prices, VAT and your own country's rules

Quotations and invoices are issued by our Ghanaian company and include Ghana VAT (15%), NHIL (2.5%) and the GETFund levy (2.5%). Your own country's rules on services bought from abroad may also apply, so please check with your accountant or tax adviser.

Planning a new building? Our guide to planning a hospital network covers the ten decisions to get right early, wherever the hospital is.
