IT services for businesses and hospitals in Côte d'Ivoire

Côte d'Ivoire is Ghana's western neighbour and one of the largest economies in francophone West Africa, with Abidjan at the centre of its banking, telecoms and services. Much of what we do can be delivered to Abidjan remotely from Ghana, and larger network projects on site.

  • Server rooms, racks and UPS
Local notes

Worth knowing in Côte d'Ivoire

  • Websites on .ci domains and international domains both use the same SSL certificates; validation works the same way.
  • Banks, insurers and microfinance institutions often need firewalls, SIEM monitoring and audit-ready logs; these run remotely once installed.
  • Health coverage in Côte d'Ivoire includes the universal scheme (CMU) alongside private insurers: tell us which ones your hospital bills, and we'll explain how the system handles them.

Banks, insurers and microfinance institutions in Abidjan face the same threats as anywhere: phishing, fake invoices and attacks on systems exposed to the internet.

Getting started

How to start

  1. Tell us what you need, by WhatsApp, email or the contact form.
  2. We reply with questions, a proposal and a quotation in cedis.
  3. For SSL, open an account in the client portal and order online straight away.

Prices, VAT and your own country's rules

Prices and invoices are in Ghana cedis. Because we are a Ghanaian business, our invoices include Ghana VAT (15%), NHIL (2.5%) and the GETFund levy (2.5%) for every customer, wherever they are. Your own country's rules on services bought from abroad may also apply, and they change, so please check with your accountant or tax adviser.

Language: Our team works mainly in English. If you need French or another language, tell us when you get in touch and we'll agree how to handle it, case by case.

Can you work in Abidjan and other cities?

Yes. Remote services work anywhere in the country. For on-site projects in Abidjan, Yamoussoukro or elsewhere, tell us the location and we'll plan the visit.

How do we pay from Côte d'Ivoire?

Prices and invoices are in Ghana cedis; your bank or card converts from CFA francs (XOF). Pay online in the client portal, or contact us to agree another way.

Do you charge VAT to customers outside Ghana?

Yes. Our invoices include Ghana VAT, NHIL and GETFund for every customer. Your own country may also apply its own tax rules to services bought from abroad; check with your adviser.
