For businesses, hospitals and mining-sector suppliers in Conakry and across Guinea, we deliver certificates, software, security monitoring and helpdesk remotely, and design network projects for local installation.

What needs an engineer on site
Conakry is far from Ghana, so we work remotely by default. On-site work for larger projects can be arranged, or we can support a local installer of your choice.
- Structured cabling and fibre backbones
- Wi-Fi surveys and installation
- Nurse call, PA and low-current systems
- Server rooms, racks and UPS
Worth knowing in Guinea
- Guinea uses the Guinean franc (GNF), not the CFA franc: your bank converts from GNF when you pay our invoices in cedis.
- Conakry's coastal humidity is hard on equipment: keep network rooms air-conditioned and dry.
- Websites on .gn domains use the same SSL certificates and validation as any other domain.
For banks and businesses in Guinea
Banks, mining suppliers and businesses in Conakry need secure email, websites and links between offices and sites.
Banks, savings & microfinance
Firewalls, SIEM monitoring, secure links between branches, websites and SSL for online banking, and genuine Microsoft licensing, from the IT partner to community banks across Ghana. IT for banks
Businesses & offices
Office networks and Wi-Fi, Microsoft 365 email, endpoint protection, backups, websites and a support plan with response times agreed in writing. Our services
Fraud-resistant email
SPF, DKIM and DMARC set up on your domain, so criminals find it much harder to send fake invoices or payment requests in your name.
How to start
- Tell us what you need, by WhatsApp, email or the contact form.
- We reply with questions, a proposal and a quotation in cedis.
- For SSL, open an account in the client portal and order online straight away.
Prices, VAT and your own country's rules
Prices and invoices are in Ghana cedis. Because we are a Ghanaian business, our invoices include Ghana VAT (15%), NHIL (2.5%) and the GETFund levy (2.5%) for every customer, wherever they are. Your own country's rules on services bought from abroad may also apply, and they change, so please check with your accountant or tax adviser.
Language: Our team works mainly in English. If you need French or another language, tell us when you get in touch and we'll agree how to handle it, case by case.
Can you design a network for a local contractor to build?
Yes. We design the cabling, Wi-Fi and equipment rooms from your drawings, and check the contractor's test results before handover.
How do we pay from Guinea?
Prices and invoices are in Ghana cedis; your bank or card converts from Guinean francs (GNF). Contact us first to agree the payment route that works from your bank.
Do you charge VAT to customers outside Ghana?
Yes. Our invoices include Ghana VAT, NHIL and GETFund for every customer. Your own country may also apply its own tax rules to services bought from abroad; check with your adviser.
